I also co-founded Almarelo.com, a marketplace portal connecting senior experienced professionals with small businesses to provide business support and advice. Almarelo, on top of favoring a win win business relationship, has the social purpose of coaching seniors on their journey to freelance advisory.

After 20 years’ experience in $10bn-plus companies in the automotive, energy and rail manufacturing industry, as a CFO or Project Manager, I realize that I have been constantly tackling process improvements and corrective action plans, driving managers into operational excellence.
Having experienced a high turnover of positions within the same companies which were constantly adapting their complex organizations, having worked within high technical content business units, I proved my ability to rapidly perform diagnostic of organizations, evaluate process efficiency and team competencies, assessing key issues and risks.
Much more interested in business operations and manufacturing activities than corporate finance, I particularly enjoyed being a business partner to my management committee, result oriented, monitoring deliverables to reach entity’s objectives.

From my early years working in Advertising in France at Havas to now having over 20 years of experience as a Brand Strategist based in New York (Bright Sun Consulting, Ogilvy &Mather, Selectny, The Brand Union), I have had the chance to contribute to some of the largest companies in the world across a variety of industries (exxon, exxonmobil, bp, hp, kraft, P&G, Trussardi, Lacoste, …). In 2015, I founded my brand-building enterprise, The BranDNA Lab, to focus on entrepreneurs with “big ideas” and assist in the development of innovations. This is the vehicle that allows me to participate in the crafting and rising of new disruptive propositions that serve the greatest good. I am now proud to be a part of the powerhouse business accelerator that is Wave and join forces with my Partners in crime Anne-Charlotte and Elie. My background in complex cross-border transactions, M&A negotiations and licensing start-up businesses makes me a unique resource for companies expanding their activities in global markets, whether in established business centers or in growth economies.
